The time has come, again. Recently, a well-known data miner Lance McDonald shared a screenshot showing that the Bloodborne "Fandom" wiki was contributed by Marcos Domenech, an environment artist that previously worked at FromSoftware.
The image name "Marcos-domenech-win64-sprj-160809-172519.jpg" is solid proof that the images were taken from a native PC build of Bloodborne. Lance McDonald also states that the debug camera was unavailable on PlayStation 4 until a patch not long ago, once proving that the screenshots were taken from Fishing Hamlet, from the Bloodborne: The Old Hunters DLC.

Given if the speculation from Lance McDonald is right that the PC version of Bloodborne is just sitting somewhere without its official releases. Fans can only hope to hear something from the PlayStation Showcase 2023, whether the game will be getting a PC release after so many years.
