Ever since Valorant was released earlier this month, players have been clamouring for a ranked competitive mode, which would help solve the issues of skill discrepancy while allowing players to flex their e-peen.
Earlier today, Valorant's Game Director Joe Ziegler tweeted that ranked mode will finally be arriving in servers as soon as next week.
Ranked (also known as 'Rated') mode has always been in the cards; Valorant's competitive ranking tiers have been revealed as early as 25 April, long before the game's official launch.
Although the exact date of the feature's release has yet to be revealed, it's assuring to know that Riot Games is aware of and actively rolling out features demanded by the community.
