Infinix has launched a new variant of its Dual-Chip gaming smartphone, the GT 20 Pro, in Malaysia, priced at RM1,149. Designed for young consumers, this model delivers high-performance gaming technology at an accessible price, maintaining Infinix's commitment to value and innovation.
Building on the success of the GT 20 Pro 12GB edition, the new variant features 8GB RAM, expandable up to 16GB with extended RAM technology, ensuring smooth multitasking and powerful gaming performance. According to Tommy Xiong, Country Manager of Infinix Malaysia, the goal is to make premium gaming technology accessible to more users, combining top-tier performance with affordability.
The Infinix GT 20 Pro offers exceptional gaming performance with the Dimensity 8200 Ultimate 4nm 5G Processor and Pixelworks X5 Turbo Gaming Display Chip, enabling ultra-smooth gameplay with Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation (MEMC) technology, and up to 120 FPS for games like Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Honor of Kings, and PUBG.
To enhance performance, it features a Stable Frame-rate Engine and advanced cooling systems, including VC Liquid Cooling and PCM graphite sheet, ensuring optimal temperature management during intense gaming. The device also boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate for stunning visuals and Dual JBL-tuned speakers for immersive audio.
Availability and Promotion
The new Infinix GT 20 Pro variant will be available in Mecha Blue, Mecha Orange, and Mecha Silver variants with 8GB+256GB memory configurations, starting from 3 January 2024 onwards in Malaysia at the price of RM1,149. Customers who purchase the GT 20 Pro will receive a complimentary GT Pro Gaming Kit, valued at RM89, while stocks last.
