Honor of Kings has announced the launch of its Regional Professional Leagues, starting April 11. Over the next two months, teams will compete across seven regional leagues—including in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Brazil, and more—for regional titles and qualification spots at the Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC).
This year’s KWC, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will feature 18 international teams and, for the first time, a showdown with the KPL Spring Season champion—marking a major milestone in the competition’s history.
Path from Grassroot to Professional
Launched in 2025, the Regional Leagues expand Honor of Kings' global esports ecosystem by offering more competitive opportunities, especially for grassroots and semi-pro teams. Many participating teams qualified through Open Series Split 3, which drew over 150,000 players worldwide and serves as the entry point with no rank restrictions. This inclusive system creates direct pathways to Regional Pro Leagues and international events. Details for Open Series Split 4 will be announced soon.
