Console Gamers, Here's How to Enable 120 FPS Mode on Your MSI Monitor

With the official launch of the PlayStation 5, it's no surprise that console gamers are striving to get the best performance out of their displays - after all, who wants to play at a measly 60 FPS after fighting through the massive pre-order queue and a sea of scalpers?

Anyway, without further ado, here's how you do it:


PlayStation

  1. Look for Saved Data and Game/App Settings from the Settings

  2. Choose Performance Mode in the Game Presets

  3. Restart the game and your game will run at the highest supported screen refresh rate

Xbox

  1. Look for General > TV & Display Options in the settings

  2. Change the Display to 120Hz in TV & Display Options
