The Asia Pacific Predator League 2025 concluded with thrilling battles as Team Alter Ego (VALORANT) and Myth Avenue Gaming (Dota 2) emerged victorious. Both teams claimed the prestigious Predator Shield and a prize of USD 65,000 each in the sixth edition of the tournament held in Kuala Lumpur.
Acer announced that the next Predator League will take place in India, marking its ongoing commitment to esports. In a ceremonial handover, Acer India President Harish Kohli received the Predator League pennant from Acer Malaysia's Managing Director Kon Tek Yoong.
The VALORANT final saw a dramatic comeback by runner-up Team ZOL Esports, leveling the score at 11:11 after six consecutive wins. However, Alter Ego regrouped and secured their win through outstanding teamwork. In the Dota 2 Grand Finals, Myth Avenue Gaming delighted the home crowd with a dominant 2-0 victory over Team Helios, lifting the Predator Shield amid rapturous applause.

The two-day APAC Predator League 2025 Grand Finals celebrated esports culture with a festival-like atmosphere, blending competitive gaming with activities that emphasized energy, teamwork, and community. The event attracted both gamers and non-gamers with unique experiences and entertainment.
Acer introduced new elements, including exclusive champion avatars, Nero and Yuffy, their animated video, and the Predator "It Lies Within" theme song in local languages. Attendees enjoyed performances by K-pop stars Sandara Park and Minzy (formerly of 2NE1), Malaysian artists Aina Abdul and Hael Husaini, and G22 from the Philippines. The Coswalk Competition showcased Malaysia’s top cosplay talent, with standout portrayals of Valkia the Bloody, Thanatos, and S.I.C. Amazon Alpha winning top prizes from a RM 25,000 pool.
Through initiatives like grassroots competitions and premier events such as the Predator League, Acer continues to drive gaming excellence and foster passion, creativity, and skill in the Asia Pacific esports community.
